Pending, payable, paid and reversed

The life of a commission, from payment to payout.

  1. 01Pending: every commission starts here and stays pending for 30 days, which covers refunds and payment disputes.
  2. 02Payable: after the hold period the commission is approved and counts towards your next payout.
  3. 03Paid: it was included in a payout.

Reversed commissions

If a payment is refunded or disputed, its commission is reversed. If it had already been paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
