1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, hashed password and, if you joined from your Yourdiai workspace, the link to that account.
- Program data: your referral code, the date you accepted the terms, the referrals credited to you, commissions and payouts.
- Payout details: PayPal email or bank account holder, IBAN or account number, SWIFT/BIC and bank name, stored encrypted.
- Technical data: IP address and browser details in session and security records.
- Messages you send us.
We do not share the names of the workspaces you referred with you; they appear as numbers only. Visitors who click your link are counted with an anonymous identifier.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

4. Who we share it with
Our hosting and email delivery providers process data on our behalf. To pay you, your payout details are shared with the payment service you chose (PayPal or our bank), which processes them as an independent controller. Authorities may receive data where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your affiliate account exists. Payout and commission records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. Other data is deleted within a reasonable period after your account is closed.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work.
