1. Joining the program
The Yourdiai affiliate program is operated by CODEPRENEUR DOOEL, KIRIL PEJCHINOVIKJ 50, North Macedonia. Anyone can join by creating an affiliate account and accepting these terms. We may decline or close accounts at our discretion.
You must give accurate account and payout details and keep them up to date. You join as an independent partner; nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship.
2. Referrals
A referral is a new Yourdiai workspace created within 30 days after the visitor followed your referral link. If a visitor followed several affiliates’ links, the first one gets the credit.
Each workspace can be credited to one affiliate only, once. Workspaces you or your own company create do not count.
3. Commissions
You earn 30% of every payment a referred workspace makes during the 12 months after its first payment (unless a different rate was agreed with you in writing). Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid.
Each commission is pending for 30 days. Commissions on payments that are refunded, charged back or disputed are reversed; if one was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
4. Payouts
Payable commissions are paid manually by PayPal or bank transfer once your payable balance reaches $50.00. Payouts are made in USD. You are responsible for any taxes and fees on the money you receive and for issuing any invoices your local law requires.
5. Promotion rules
- Do not send unsolicited email (spam), post your link on coupon or deal sites, or use misleading claims about the product, prices or results.
- Do not bid on “Yourdiai” or misspellings of it in paid search ads, and do not register domains or social accounts that use the brand name.
- Do not pretend to be us or suggest you represent us beyond being an affiliate. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission where the law requires it.
- Violating these rules can lead to suspension of your account and loss of unpaid commissions.
6. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the commission structure with notice by email. Changes do not affect commissions already earned. You may stop participating at any time.
