• The visitor signed up on another device or browser, in a private window, or cleared their cookies.
• They followed another affiliate’s link first.
• The workspace already existed before they followed your link. Only new workspaces are credited.
• It is your own workspace, or one created with your email address. Self-referrals are not credited.
• Your account was suspended at the time.
